Privacy notice.

This is a short, plain-language privacy notice. It explains how SkillShift uses the email address you provide on this page. It is written to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

The email address you enter into the “Register interest” form on the home page. We do not collect anything else through this website. We do not use third-party analytics on this site.

Why we collect it

For one purpose only: to write to you when the SkillShift pilot cohort opens, with how to apply and what to expect. The lawful basis under UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a) is your consent, given by submitting the form.

How long we keep it

Until the pilot cohort closes (currently scheduled for Q3 2026), plus a reasonable period to manage the waitlist. You can ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing the address below.

Who we share it with

Nobody. We do not sell, rent or otherwise transfer your email address to any third party. The form is processed through Netlify, our hosting provider, under their privacy practices. We may, in due course, add a reputable email-marketing tool to send the waitlist update; if we do, your data will be processed only for that purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise any of these rights, email us.
